Reading Well for Young People

This is the new library scheme to help 13-18 year olds manage their mental health, wellbeing and resilience using recommended reading. There are 35 books (fiction and non fiction) covering a range common conditions. Books can be borrowed directly from libraries or recommended by health professionals. All of the books can be reserved for free.
