What matters to you? A survey for young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability

Wiltshire Council is currently considering the ways in which it supports children and young people with special educational needs and/or disability. A draft SEND Strategy for the period 2016-19 is currently available for consultation which sets out the vision and key priorities for provision of services and support for 0-25 year olds. A copy of the draft strategy can be found on the Wiltshire Pathways website.

As part of the development of the strategy, an online survey has been created for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disability (SEND) aged between 5 and 25, living in Wiltshire, at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/wiltswhatmatters

You can ask someone to help you with this survey – all we ask is that your words are used where possible.

Everything you say will be confidential and anonymous (your details will not be shared with anyone), and the things you tell us will really help us to work on improving the services you use in Wiltshire. When we talk about services, we mean all the things you use; this could be clubs, activities, schools, colleges, people and places to do with your health, and any support you need to do things, etc.

Findings will be used to analyse need and contribute to service development in coming months.

As a thank you for doing this survey, you can be entered into a draw with the chance of winning £30 in vouchers, if you choose.
